Deadlines

  • Student application: August 22nd, 2024 September 3rd, 2024 (extended deadline)
  • Notification of acceptance: September 10th, 2024
  • Registration and payment for accepted students: September 20th, 2024

Applications must be submitted by August 22nd, 2024 filling in the form below and uploading the following documents:

  1. an updated CV;
  2. an abstract of research project.

Admission selection will be based on a first-come-first-served basis and the submission of a CV/abstract.

Registration fee: 600 euro, 22% VAT included.

The registration fee includes lectures, course materials, coffee breaks, lunches, wi-fi connection and social events. Travel costs and accommodation expenses are not included.

    In addition to applicant quality, the Organizing Committee will consider a number of features including: the coherence of the motivation with the aim and scope of the school, the potential benefit for the student’s research, the timeliness for the development of the student’s career. Preference will be given to applicants not participating onsite in the previous edition (2022) of the school.

    The school is especially addressed to doctoral students and young postdoctoral scholars. A very limited number of senior students (e.g., assistant/associate/full professors) can be admitted, if they provide strong and convincing motivation in their application letter.
